License
When you purchase WebHarvest Pro, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Pro features of the WebHarvest Chrome extension. A Pro purchase may be active on up to 3 devices. The license is a one-time purchase and is not a subscription.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for your use of WebHarvest and for complying with applicable law, the terms of websites you visit, and the rights of others. Do not use WebHarvest to access data you are not authorized to access, bypass access controls, circumvent rate limits, or collect personal data in violation of applicable law.
Third-party websites
WebHarvest analyzes pages that you choose to open in Chrome. We do not own or control those websites, their availability, their content, or their policies. Using WebHarvest does not grant you permission to copy, use, or redistribute data from third-party websites.
Availability and liability
WebHarvest is provided as a software tool. Features may change as browsers, websites and third-party payment services change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebHarvest is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the extension or reliance on extracted data.
